Roshni and Namvir had an intuitive understanding of exactly what I needed and what obstacles were blocking my growth. When a good friend of mine suggested taking part in some energy healing sessions to help me relax, I really had very little knowledge of the types of therapy available or how they could help me. I also have to admit I was very sceptical about how the treatments would work and really interested to see how it would pan out. I went into the first session with a completely open mind and was made to feel relaxed and at ease. To my complete surprise I was very receptive to the energy, and from that very first session all of my doubts were removed. It felt like a huge weight had been lifted from me, the old negative energy I had been carrying around with me for years yet was totally unaware of, began to be removed.

As the sessions went on, the better I felt. During the different types of therapies, they taught me some new techniques that continue to help me to improve my confidence, and help me to relax during stressful situations.

I had the good fortune to be acquainted with Roshni through meditation. After some time I felt I was ready to take the Reiki 1 course by Roshni. I was interested in self-healing and energy work. It was one of the best decisions I ever made. I was lucky to meet similar ladies that took the course with me. I can only say that Roshni was very patient as we worked through the course. I felt so uplifted after the course that I decided to do Reiki 2. This time it happened to be 1-on-1. It was an intense experience and Roshni really guided and nurtured me. It's been a couple of years now I've experienced healing sessions with Roshni and have had the privilege of training with her as well. Each session has helped me in my path, revealing insights and guidance that supported and accelerated my healing journey. In the more recent months, Nam has worked a number of powerful healing sessions on me... The integration of which is still an ongoing process, the depth of which my conscious mind is still grasping at logic to understand. But I  trust this healing work. If you have never had a Reiki session, run to your nearest Reiki healer and do it. It is a life changing experience! Roshni was beyond amazing, she was welcoming, warm, gentle and made you feel at ease. We chatted for a few minutes before starting the session and she immediately picked up on where my energy was lacking, where it was focuses on and during the session she asked questions about my past and present and wondered how did she know these things? She helped me release many years of stored emotions and baggage that left me feeling like a brand new woman. Working with her is better than traditional therapy, her session allowed me to release all of the negativity and bring peace, light and positive energy back into my life and those around me in a way I have never experienced.
